Texas Oculoplastic Consultants (TOC) is a private practice partnership devoted to providing high-quality laser, facial, and eye plastic surgical care. The TOC physicians are board-certified ophthalmologists who have completed advanced fellowship training in oculoplastic surgery. Oculoplastic surgery, also called ophthalmic plastic surgery, seeks to improve physical function or minimize disfigurement or scarring resulting from accidents, disease, or birth defects. TOC’s services cover a broad scope of reconstructive and aesthetic procedures. Aesthetic services include cosmetic eyelid lifts, forehead or brow lifts, laser skin resurfacing, and BOTOX® Cosmetic. Reconstructive services include eyelid surgery, repairs to structures of the eyes damaged by accident or birth defect, removal of nonfunctioning eyes, artificial eye implants, correction of tearing disorders, eyelid scar revision, eyelid cancer excision, and more. Most of the procedures are performed in TOC’s adjoining ambulatory surgical center, the Center for Aesthetic and Reconstructive Eyelid and Orbital Surgery (CAREOS). TOC also operates Toccare Spa, devoted to providing personalized solutions for restoring and maintaining healthy skin. Toccare offers traditional skin care services such as facials and chemical peels, as well as leading-edge procedures including microdermabrasion, FotoFacial RF®, BOTOX® Cosmetic, Restylane®, and DioLite™ laser treatments for spider vein removal.
